The brain child of Dr. Sharmistha Debnath Chatterjee [ MD(Pathology), DNB (Pathology), Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Oncopathology, Medical College and Hospital] and Dr Som Subhra Chatterjee [ MD(Psychiatry, BHU ], Dr. M.N. Chatterjee Memorial Pathology Laboratory and Polyclinic is dedicated to their grandfather, Dr Manindra Nath Chatterjee, the legendary “Monti Doctor ” of Uttarpara.
